Like other memberships the value of it is seen over multiple purchases. The protection plans being a perk will simplify checkout. The member only discounts is another reason I purchased it.

This membership pays for itself. I purchased a few electronic items this year and saved more than what I paid for membership easily. Its a no-brainer and I'm not sure how I missed it all these years. Add the fact that bestbuy price matches with most retailers, I'm gonna be purchasing most of my electronics stuff from here going forward

dissapointed that I though I applied the switch deal when I bought my switch 2 to realize it doesnt include console and i had to have them scan a barcode to use it. still waiting for some great deals otherwise

Free shipping. Wow. What else is there to say. Maybe a discount price and rewards. I am satisfied. Let’s leave it. This is like beating a dead horse hoping it will get up.

It came with PC. It’s fine. You can save some money, but overall unless you use Best Buy a lot it is kinda worthless.

At start it seems expensive, but when you weigh the deals like $50 off $10 off on several products for members, with the promise of great customer support from geek squad and part replacement subsidization from battery replacement to display replacement on demand, it's definitely a great deal to get one time and forget for a year.

Ability to try new tech for a longer time is awesome. Plus no hassle returns. Sometimes there are great member sales too.

1. Headphone display to listen to the Bose Wuiet Comfort Ultras hasn't worked for well over a month. 2. I have had a dispute about recreating my Bestbuy Credit card for a returned Samsung 77" S90F TV in conjunction with an upgraded Samsung 77" S95F TV returned on 18 Feb by two Geek Squad installers for going on since Feb 18th '26 !!!!! 3. Need to include Senheiser and Bowers & Wilkens high valued headphones in store.

This membership is of real value, if you are buying electronics, some stuff break down after 1 to 2 months of use, you can just go and return, I did that with my Netgear modem which got it for $227.89, i thought i lost the money but this membership saved me
