I felt I was forced to upgrade my membership in order to receive just a partial refund for an unopened pair of earbuds. I missed the 10 day (?) return deadline by 2 days and wasn't allowed to receive a full refund for something that someone only had to turn around and place back in the locked cabinet behind the counter. No restocking required or anything. I like purchasing in an actual store but I understand the attraction to online purchases via Amazon, etc.

This is a great appliance to have. You can switch from freezer to refrigerator which is convenient to your needs. Very spacious and has a sleek finish to compliment my kitchen.
