What can I say about the plus membership that probably hasn't been said a million times? It's a winner! You save money on quite a few purchases, free two day shipping and extended return times... all for $50. If you haven't become a member yet, you probably should!

Excellent, Grateful for everything and the good service.

I'm so happy to have purchased the 'My Best Buy Plus' membership. Windows 11 is difficult, not like Windows 10. I've been or talked to the wonderful people at Best Buy almost every day for 2 weeks because Windows 11 has switched things around or won't let me do something I've been allowed to do before.

Not bad investment, even if you only buy a few products a year from Best Buy

[Employee of bestbuy] With My best buy plus you get 2 day free shipping and 60 day return policies which is absolutely incredible. I was able to return items after trying them out and was able to swap them for something better which made me very happy with how easy and convenient best buy plus is.

Better price as a plus member but not able to utilize the price match guarantee for every transaction. Purchased 3 separate items and received price match on 2 items but not the third. Was told cannot price match bundled offer but the bundle included a gift card which was not worth as much as the price was lowered to.

Besides giving me additional discounts on hundreds of items allows me to get them super quick with 2 day free shipping also gives me the chance of up to 2 months to return any item I have purchased. And for only 50 dollars a year is a steal

A pretty good amount of discounts for items I frequently use. $50/yr will repay itself back quickly. Ive shopped with bestbuy for years so im a well appreciated customer

The member discounts are great. One discount on an item could pay for the membership! Another awesome benefit is your price match period is extended to 60 days.

I Loved the fact that the membership allowed price protection on my big screen. The price dropped $500.00 after I purchased my tv and Best best credit my two year same as cash account. That more than paid for the membership so of course I was happy!

I purchased this in April and to date have not received it. The latest delivery date is 6/29 with no assurance that it will be met. When asked when I will be informed I was told if you don't hear from us next week, assume it will not be delivered. REALLY.

I feel like this was a rip off. I was talked into purchasing because I needed to transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone, which I was led to believe would be worth the cost. It was extremely easy and was not necessary at all.

I haven't been able to use my account. I can't log in, it doesn't recognize any of my email addresses. I purchased a dish washer and the person helping me signed me up for the account.

Excellent card for any electronics item and store is always friendly though at times busy ! Could help customers with small items like adaptors which they did not do so but otherwise good

This membership works fine for me. I went to purchase a laptop and the offer was ended. As I had a membership I was able to exchange and do price matching untill 90 days. I brought the laptop and did price matching within a week and got the laptop for better price.

The only reason you would want purchase this membership is for the extended return period. The Best Buy member pricing is ridiculous. Just wait and you will get better deals from other places. Bought 2 AirPod Pros. One they honored the price match because I used no points. The other I used $50 in Rewards and they would not honor because of this. They only refunded me $10 even though the difference was $60. And I received an email saying they would refund the total $63.60 which included tax. Now they said that was sent in error because of the rewards. Good thing I actually purchased from one of the other retailers just in case. Now with the extended return when I go see my daughter in VA again I will give her the new ones I purchased from another retailer and return the ones I purchased from Best Buy. Get my refund. Use my $50 rewards on something that same day and cancel this ridiculous membership. I used to have the Best Buy higher memberships when you’re tier was based on how much you spent, not an annual fee and there was a special customer service number at that time. You were treated right back then, and weren’t waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Thank you Josephine from Best Buy Customer Care and Nikhil from the phone customer service, your ineptness at your jobs saved me $50 renewal for this bogus membership.

Its pretty good but could be better. The membership I would say is worth it to have if you are a common shopper or even an every now and then shopper. While the benefits like the support and the return windows and events are pretty good as well. But the overall deals could definitely improve, most of the deals are things not at all correlated to my purchases or interests. So the variety of deals from the membership could improve but the rest is pretty good.
