I could have gotten this purchase for less elsewhere...why is there a delivery charge on major appliance when other places do not charge a delivery fee on appliances over $500. I spent 1500+ on a fridge and you still charge me even though your membership says "Free delivery"

Customer service is key and I felt like my needs were taken care of. So getting the membership was a good thing for me that helped out in my wallet.

The truth is that I was ordering a highly sought after item and the online agent would not send the invoice for this item unless I purchased my Best Buy plus. Canceling is easy enough, again there is value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy.

I am new to the Best Buy Plus membership. The geeks were so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. And the bonus was that it did not cost me anything for the service. So glad I have this protection!

Wouldn't have save $$ or had the opportunity to return something near the 60 day timeframe without the BB Plus.
