The Plus membership can save you a fair amount of money if you're a frequent Best Buy customer. Theres member exclusive deals, and some items can actually save you more money than the membership costs. The extended return window is also something that I find very helpful.

Great membership that provides deals and services that are worthy of the price

This has been terrible. I spent around 8,000 in one day at Best Buy and got the membership. What did this get me? Nothing. An absolutely useless “concierge” and a TV, sound bar, mounting kit, and in home set up that couldn’t be done FOR OVER A MONTH after buying it. Two weeks after my purchase I was told “your items aren’t available yet, we need to reschedule your delivery and install” to a date that was over a month from when I had purchased these things. I took time off of work to be available for the originally scheduled delivery and install. I told her the new date didn’t work and asked for a different one. Okay, she said. I asked for some sort of compensation. How about you waive the delivery or install fee? Oh we can’t do that. Cool! Really feel like a valued customer. After the call ended, I got about ten emails each saying my appointment date was changed, and they all said a different date. And the final date it’s scheduled for? The date I TOLD her I would t be available. Thanks Best Buy. I’m never going there again. This program is an absolute joke - avoid at all costs.

I enjoyed the perks of the membership. The clerks were very helpful. Love my new I pad. The washer and dryer are good too

This paid membership is not worth much, prices for us does not have any significant difference at all. I will not have it again unless a significant change is prices is denoted.

This membership does give an unexpected drop in prices. It would be great to have if you are shopping frequently.

Buying experience was very nice. Salesman was very helpful, actually there were two of them and both were very good.

Surprisingly enough I saved quite a bit of money by having the plus membership. I bought my tv and gaming monitor and 5 months later they went on sale. I think I saved about $900 doing so. I’d recommend watching them or maintaining awareness of sale dates though.

This membership is a real value for the members, it helps them in each way they can.

Return twice for the same issue due to whoever you find as a salesperson, reason for a four. but it's still a great store!

I personally prefer this over the Amazon membership, as I can shop in-store to see what the products are like and still order it to my specification with the same delivery window.
