Not sure what the benefits are exactly. If your item goes down in price, beware you HAVE to go into the store for adjustment, they cannot do it via phone or chat. So when you go into the store it’s not exactly easy. Price adjustment should be made easy within the promised timeline, period. Also, it doesn’t benefit you for delivery in any way. After scheduling soonest delivery three weeks after purchase date our delivery was canceled 1.5 hours AFTER the delivery window of scheduled day. I was notified via text that I needed to schedule a delivery date. When I called to see what happens I was given a list of excuses only to go back to the store to be told they were short staffed. So the next scheduled date? You get put to the back of the line. That’s right folks, after removing your television and mount you get to wait another three weeks! Ridiculous. Zero benefits.

This membership saved us some money on our purchases. The gentleman who waited on me in the Erie, PA store was very knowledgeable about the membership.

I don't have to worry knowing my Fridge is warrantied if any issues surface. A great value

NOT SURE WHAT THE MEMBERSHIP DOES EXCEPT COST ME MONEY. THE ROBOT i WAS TALKING TO SAID I HAD TO BUY IT OR I COULDN'T GET THE GOOD PRICE ON THE TV I WAS PURCHASING. AS FAR AS THE GEEK SQUAD, HIRED THEM ONE TIME AND THEY STOLE $200 AND DID NOTHING BUT LEAVE A BAD TEST IN MY MOUTH.

When I bought a recent large item I was able to add a Best Buy Plus membership at basically no cost. After that I purchased security cameras which included an additional Plus member discount so this plus membership is already paying for itself and I’ve only had it about 1 month!

It has been a pleasure and it was worth the money. I was able to get the sale price on an item that I had purchased before the sale and get back the difference which paid for the membership. I love getting the recommendations from the BB team. It is definitely worth it.
