This product is not worth it unless you want previous gen apple products or Chinese tvs. They won't guarantee any priority on food items even when you pay for "plus". Horrible product. Save your money.

Broke 3rd time we used it. Call center said built in didnt need to be measured due to it was a replacement for my original. It was 4 inches short.

This process SUCKS. I have been online trying to pay this bill for more than an hr now. I'm ready to go back to paper, it least I know I'd get the payment in. Once this is paid off, use will be maybe once or twice a year.

I am enjoying My Best Buy Plus membership. I appreciate that it covers multiple devices and gives me pretty much 24/7 customer service via chat. I would recommend to anyone who needs to purchase several devices or appliances from Best Buy.

Great value. The Store associate did a wonderful job of explaining perks, and benefits. The store associate used the purchases i would make that day, to show how much value the program has. Would definitely recommend to family, and friends that shop at Best buy!

Honestly not really impressed with the sales/“member pricing”, or overall satisfaction of the membership… there’s really no difference between being a walk in customer or a Best Buy plus member… I went in to purchase 5.5 cu ft Samsung smart washer and 7.4 cu ft Samsung smart dryer which came out to the tune of $1,890.00 for the set… I continued to shop around as I felt that was a very high price for being “on sale” and to my surprise I found the same set at Home Depot for $1,490.00 and they waived the delivery fee for us as well. Super disappointed because I’ve always been loyal to Best Buy and finally decided to go with a membership but much to my surprise it’s not worth the yearly cost. They just inflate the original price to act like their sale price isint original market value…I get all my 4KUHD’s from Best Buy.. I’ve purchased the 55” Samsung 8 series and 65” Samsung NEO QLED and I’m in the market for a 83” Samsung OLED S90B and I’ll be shopping around this time to purchase elsewhere. I will not renew my Best Buy membership and don’t recommend it to anyone either.

I don’t often buy add-ons but this was a no brainer — you get free Apple care for 2 years on any new apple product you buy. That’s great savings — plus you get savings off the device, which is a better deal than Apple gives.

Bestbuy's after-sales service is very user-friendly. If you encounter a product you are not satisfied with, you can return it as you wish without worrying about any problems. It's really great.

Would recommend this 100% - great for future deals and ease of returns if needed. If the product also has a “deal” down the road it’s great to get the price match.
