I recently made my first purchase and I already got $100 back from my first purchase, can’t complain

Pretty decent. I like the two month return policy.

I am building a new computer and this immediately paid for itself with the discounts I got on a few of the components. Now I have a year membership with all the benefits for essentially free.

I like how I got savings for my purchase but the big one was misleading to me because I bought the TV and was told I could delay delivery until I moved. The kicker was I would not receive the rebate until delivery. See the problem was interest to my card would have been over26%! I was not stupid. I paid full price and avoided the interest. Then used the rebate to buy a PS 5 Pro. Then more rebate and got a control handheld. More rebate and also used credits to buy games. So thank you Best Buy! I win!

I am not sure if this membership is worth it. So far I have had the option of returning an item beyond the 2 week deadline of a purchase. I did use this option recently. I was able to determine that the item was not suited for my needs. This was a plus but not sure if it was worth the membership. I did have a small discount on another purchase.

This membership is a real value. Member prices are great great customer service great quality products. Never had a problem with anything I bought from there. They also have protection plans on about anything you buy from there which is great. Definitely recommend Best Buy and also have credit card pay off loans!

Prices in my case TVs are the best I've got a TV I've been wanting for a while at the big C membership store was $800.00 more! Fast delivery is also nice.

The membership is great if you are purchasing items on sale with member exclusive pricing. It has the potential to pay for itself if you do a lot of shopping at Best Buy. I basically got the membership for free because an item I was buying had a discount almost equal to the membership price. Sadly I have not had many perks beyond that. We will see how this holiday season goes with it. I really wish there were more perks besides what is already included.

I buy at Best Buy because it’s easy and reliable. They usually have what I need in stock, prices are good (and they’ll price-match), and same-day pickup saves me time. If something goes wrong, returns are simple and Geek Squad can help—so I don’t stress.

Love the piece of mind for returns or exchanges even after 30+ days though I will say the actual benefits page for the membership is hidden which they need to change. Took me a while before I could even locate it but overall I’d recommend it just for how easily you can price match and such with it.

This membership, backs promised deals and, price protection, also extended period on returns in case something is not right or defective product, gives peace of mind on the purchase.
