How helpful this membership is for you is really going to depend on the person. If you already buy a lot here and want it delivered a little faster it’s probably fairly useful. Personally I bought it for the shipping upgrade, and then the item was delayed instead of arriving early. I know BB doesn’t control the mail once it’s shipped but it was still frustrating. In addition, they keep telling me to get the app for better deals. I don’t think this is reasonable, and expect full access to something I’m paying for without downloading unnecessary things, and I don’t want yet another freaking app for a single store. I don’t expect to renew unless I start getting considerably more use out of it.

This saved me a decent amount of money when i added it in buying my pc purchase. I got a credit about a week later that paid for a new keyboard for my new computer. The gentleman i dealt with at the store when getting this was great.

I love my membership care it gives me the freedom to buy what I need. I don't know a lot about computers. When I need help they are always there. In the past I bought a T.V. cellphone, Radio and, iPad. Recently I bought two phone chargers. Thanks best buy.

Best Buy Membership is worth the money. After purchasing an item I received a the later sale price and I am getting money sent to me for the difference. Also I received a $5.00 offer I used to purchase a 4K movie. It is like a "Gift that keeps on giving". Your only regret will be not getting one if it is offered to you.

Interesting, not bad but not super worth it for me personally.

I recently purchased a new LG OLED TV from Best Buy. The salesman was excellent. However, I don't feel that I was given enough infomation about the warranty or how to obtain help with questions about the TV set up or adjustments.

So far the plan has helped me in finding better prices.

I really like the notifications about sales. I have used my membership to score amazing deals on a refrigerator and 2 deep freezes, 2 laptops and several smaller items. This membership is definitely worth having!

Pretty cool to see there's some better prices for members. It saved me $100 on my lightsaber so far so it's already paying off! I would say it was worth the purchase for sure

Things are not made like they used to be so I really like my protection plan. If the items I buy do not hold up, Best Buy will fix it for me. They automatically add my warranties when I make a purchase so that I don't have to locate them and they answer any questions I have. I even earn discounts on future purchases when I buy the items I want.

OMG this is the BEST machine out there at the price point and beyond! I absolutely love it. It's has so many options and I've used them all including making chocolate expresso martinis

One of the reasons that I was interested in the membership was that my new computer was not on sale at the time I needed to buy it. With the membership, I was able to wait for it to go on sale and then go back to the store with my computer to take advantage of those savings. It worked just as easily as they said it would. I came back into the store in about 10 minutes later walked out with a credit of over $300. I look forward to taking full advantage of the membership and all the benefits it has.

This membership is excellent. We use it the same day we bought it and use it two more times following days to help gain knowledge of the product we bought.

The service I received was excellent for a change. Sale representive was knowledgeable like OLD days. Now you have people working area don't know anything about section they working. I think you put them in Geek squad to save money

Definitely get the Best Buy Card!! Never worry about purchase receipts! Everything is stored on your account! Great deals. Great warranty services. Definitely pays off when you have teenagers that need new electronics every month!
