I have became a member of the Best Buy Plus program and it’s been already a year, and I wanted to share my positive experience with you. From the moment I signed up, I've been thoroughly impressed with the benefits and overall service provided by the membership. Firstly, the free shipping on all orders has been incredibly convenient. It's saved me both time and money, allowing me to shop for electronics and gadgets without worrying about additional shipping costs. I would have given it 5 stars but the first refrig was badly broken in the shipping truck. This first delivery took a month. And then the second shipping took another month+ to finally come. I did appreciated a “loaner” during the wait. The Kitchen Aid refrig is working well. Store personnel were helpful.

Purchased the Best Buy Plus program and it did not disappoint! Both items went on sale shortly after purchase and my local Best Buy customer service representatives quickly and easily refunded my credit card for the difference! That was amazing and I’m thrilled to have gotten these items at such a great price! Spending the extra $50 fee up front was well worth it for me in the end.

This membership will be a real value for me. Having unlimited Geek Squad Support whom have great knowledge for set up and repair of electronics. Also, having the peace of mind of purchasing a protection plan that will cover all of the expensive items purchased. Thank you!

You get good prices after paying for the membership. The deals you get pretty much pays for its self. Just don't except the service to be fast. They need to have more employees working. The guy who helped me was doing the job of at least 2 or 3 people. I did have to make a return and it was fast and easy.

I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

As of this moment, the membership is worth less. I guess if i was shopping for electronics all the time, it may be a good thing.

So far, this membership has MORE than paid for itself, and I look forward to using it even greater this year..... I bought a New Smart TV and a $49 membership. So far, I got $50 off the TV, got $25 for a price decrease, got $55 bonus for spending over $300, got another $5+$5($10total) and am scheduled to get more cause I used the Best Buy Credit card. I needed the New TV, saved $50 & put around $90 back in my pocket.... Who could complain

Best Buy Plus membership is worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Free 2-day shipping with no minimum, member-only deals, and a 60-day return window add real value. Occasional shoppers may not see much benefit, but frequent buyers can easily make the membership pay for itself.

If you are looking for added benefit and frequently shop Best Buy, then this is for You. They will allow a price match for up to 60 days after purchasing a product if the price suddenly drops within 60 days. Makes sense right?

After purchase the terms of this deal had changed. My son’s desktop which we did buy with this service needed Geeksquad 4 months after purchasing, which I still don’t understand, but it was fixed promptly. I have made some purchases since but my membership did not bring the price down. So I’m not sure why we got it.

my fiancee was told this gives us higher chances to getting pre released pokemon cards but that’s not the case at all. it was mostly the reason we got it.
