I would recommend this for anyone who needs help troubleshooting any computer problem. I have used this service multiple times for printer issues and computer issues. Thanks to the help I received my computer was cleared of potential scammers getting access to my personal data. This is the best value I could have purchased for computer issues.

Geek Squad is very helpful. It's great to have tech support 24/7. It is good to have the entire family on the program. Some remote agents have difficulty with language.

This membership is a great value. I have yet to use it for electronics repairs but if I have an emergency hopefully the membership will cover the problem.

I have had My Best Buy Total since its inception many years ago. It is the best insurance value I have ever had. On-line Geek assistance is great, I use at least two or three times per year; have received excellent Geek assistance in person at the store and have been pleased it assures coverage for more than my own unit within my household. I have recommended it to friends and they have had the same satisfaction. Knowing you have the Geeks assistance has made me much more productive and knowledgeable.

Usually this is a no brainer to purchase. On my new iPhone and my I in oz car charger should have had 2 year warranty. It did not.. that was a surprise. My list of items on warranty did not show up at store 14 months after purchasing it.

I have had a membership with Best Buy for quite a few years now and I don’t know what I’d ever do without it! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the Geek squad so that they could help me with problems I was having and they’re always so helpful! They’ve helped me hook up a couple of my printers over the years which I would never be able to do on my own, helped me when my computer was hacked, helped me with my iPads and iPhones when I couldn’t get them to sync, ran diagnostics on my computer whenever I had problems, cleared cache and cookies because I didn’t know how to do it but they walked me through it so I could do it myself if I wanted to and just so many more things that just make it so worthwhile in having a membership with them! I remember when they first asked me years ago if I wanted to sign up for the Best Buy yearly total Tech Benefits and I was like, No thank you, it’s too expensive, and then when I had problems and didn’t know what I was doing, I decided to try the membership and it’s the best thing ever did! I would definitely recommend the total tech membership with Best Buy!

I am not tech illiterate, but I am not an expert! I appreciate knowing that I can contact the GeekSquad and they will answer my questions or remote in and figure out what I can’t. Total Membership seems a little pricey, but I have found it valuable!
