Q: How do I change my credit card used with my geek squad membership?

A: i have been on the customer service line BestBuy.ca/billing for 4.5 hrs today at the 2min hold now for 45 minfrom 137 min start. never use thier callback option, never get a call back. 1.55hrs this morning with estimated time 1,25 hrs.

Q: How much does it have Geekj Squad come to the cost

A: Geek squad access and service is unlimited with the total membership

Q: Why does the geek squad prey on old people and take advantage of them? Horrible Horrible way to run a business!!!! Beware of their Scams to meet quotas!!!

A: I don’t think that they do. I am a senior citizen and I decide if I want to purchase the plan or not! They can’t MAKE YOU do anything! Actually, if I remember correctly, you can cancel at anytime.

Q: Is Webroot included in BEST BUY total protection?

A: No, I had to purchase it separately this week.

Q: so we get free delivery on appliances as well correct?

A: Yes.

Q: Not sure if this has been asked, but in the past, when I purchased TV's and retractable arms to hang the TV's, the membership included a Geek Squad membver who would come out and install them. Does the membership include this service still?

A: I renewed my plan in June 2024 and it NO LONGER provides free installation of removal of the old unit
