The prices I’ve received are great I think it’s a steal and great value

We got this subscription when my daughter was a college student and her laptop was acting up. The subscription was just a little bit more than having her computer worked on so we signed up. It has been very helpful having this because whenever we have an issue we just walk in and know it will be handled for free. I got the blue screen of death on my more recent laptop and it said my hard drive was failing. I brought it in expecting the laptop to be dead but they fixed everything and brought it back. It was six years old so I bought another one, which I am very happy with, but it was good to get the old one back alive. My son had a car stereo installed for free and that would have been over $400 if we had to pay it. I got the extended warranty on a dishwasher I purchased at Best Buy and it was extended for free for extra years. The dishwasher failed and they gave me a new one.

I had excellent service on my computer the day I joined Best Buy Total Membership. I didn’t realize it includes so many perks. It’s a fabulous investment.

Good if you need help with computers like data transfers, saves a lot of moneg if you doing more than 1 device.

I enjoy knowing that my purchases from Best Buy are covered for 24 months. Also am happy that I am able to get computer, phone, etc. serviced for a reasonable yearly.

I have trusted Best Buy for years, having purchased large screen TVs and many other electronic devices and large appliances and receiving outstanding service. I look forward to working with Best Buy for all of my future needs.

This membership was exactly what I needed when I purchased a new desktop and needed technical support to transfer all my data from my old pc to my new one including preliminary diagnostics on selecting the best pc for my needs.

It comes with great benefits. We will be building a custom build for a gaming computer for my son and I found that having this plan the Geek Squad will assist us at no extra charge!
