The "My Best Buy Total membership is very valuable to have. Best Buy backs you up with all your custoner care needs.

I use my computer every day and all of our life's "stuff" is on it so when it goes down I need help and Best Buy is always there.

We have had the BBY "Total" membership for quite a few years and it has been EXCELLENT! However, the new changes to this account were a TOTAL surprise upon purchasing our last TV. Things that used to be free or included, are no longer that (i.e. delivery and installation, set-up, taking the old TV away, etc). That made the charges come out to be an extra $400+ on the purchase! We were not happy.

Never a hesitation to help. My wife and I have been using this service for over 8 years.

Its a must! If you have a lot of gadgets from bestbuy you must get this one. No worries and piece of mind.

Geek squad is very important to me. They fix everything on my computer and help me get things working
