I can't say enough good things about our Best Buy Total membership. My husband has used this service several times with brokwn phones and it has been so easy and painless. Having this is a great comfort to our family, simply because you mever know when you are going to need it, and when we need it, it's been great. The Geek Squad is amazing too.

I got this membership so I can have access to the geek squad, and it is so reasonably priced. For barely more than my repair I was able to get the membership, so now my family can get their devices repaired too. The employees there are all so helpful. An excellent experience.

My work laptop stopped functioning completely. Likely, I was in the middle of a systems update and my WIFI stopped working. I was in panic mode! I made my way to Best Buy and joined "Best Buy Total Membership." Their first step was to retrieve my data from the laptop - what a relief! Second step was to reinstall windows and several key applications. Wow! What a Relief. I was back to working in a day. Finally, the Best Buy Geek Squad reassured me throughout and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

I try to buy everything I can at Best Buy because of their Total Care Warranty Program! Best thing I have ever had and buy it for litterally everything! I tell ever person I know to make all their purchases at Best Buy because of this warranty!!! Get it! get it! get it!!!!

This membership is excellent. It comes in handy when having to warranty items. Especially if you have a toddler! The amount of times I didn’t have to get new electronics (or a microwave) because of the warranty and membership has saved me lots of time, money, and headaches

Made multiple electronics purchases and was adding individual plans for each but received thorough explanation of Total membership from very helpful (and patient) customer sales rep. I absolutely love this membership. The Geek Squad for my Apple Watches up and running again. One had be locked for about a year and the newer Apple Watch 8 had not been activate for over two years. Verizon could not activate it either. After I bought 2 new laptops and purchased the membership and found out all the benefits, I have been totally utilizing it.

I never always buy at Best Buy Port Arthur, so that I can get the Geek Squad help if I need it. I forgot to do this review at the time, but now that I just bought a new (expensive) laptop, I want to share my experience about why buying Total Tech is the smartest move you will ever make. Update to a recent purchase and why I highly recommend Total Tech: My new laptop, a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, rates an A+, but it would not have without the Geek Squad, which was amazing! I cannot praise them enough for getting me through a difficult setup. Microsoft is being so intrusive now days that the average person is at their mercy to setup a device in a way that is acceptable and which successfully minimizes Microsoft's outrageously aggressive promotion of their products. Truly, as far as I am concerned, my Total Tech cost paid for itself with this one purchase because I more than likely would have returned this $2,000 laptop (hey, don't judge, it was the only model with the ports I needed) if it had not been for the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and patience of Jacob (Geek Squad Tech), Emily (Geek Squad Manager), and Michael (the employee who set me up with Jacob). They were all beyond amazing. I am a granny who has had a horrible few years (lost my husband after a horrendous 5 year struggle with aggressive dementia), and I struggle to cope with any stress these days. The Geek Squad employees at Port Arthur, Texas, just did everything they could to minimize my stress. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated them. So, yes, the Lenovo Legion gets 5 stars, but it was because the Geek Squad gets 10. I HIGHLY recommend the Port Arthur Geek Squad and Best Buy Port Arthur, and, now that they did their magic to configure and customize my laptop, I am thrilled with it as well. Truly, getting Total Tech (for several years now, even while struggling to stay in my home while my husband was ill) was one of the best decisions I EVER made! The My Best Buy Visa Card is fantastic for loyal shoppers. The 5% back on purchases is a great perk, and I love the flexible financing on large items like PC parts. Just be very careful with the deferred interest; always pay the full balance on time to avoid high charges. It's a good card if used responsibly."

I just bought an I Pone, after using my android for. Many years. I need all the help I can get to use this with the ease I used my other one. They are so different, I have many questions. At the price of a single visit, it made sense to buy the contract. Very happy with helpespecially Mitchell. He’s very patient.

If you are not super knowledgeable about technology nor wanting to learn, this is probably the best thing you could get. Comes with unlimited visits to geek squad and it doesn’t cost you extra unless you need a part. They are very knowledgeable and you can go to any Best Buy location with it. If one geek squad is busy, you can just schedule an appointment at another Best Buy. Great service!
