I purchased the Best Buy Total membership plan last year to have access to a problem I was having with my computer. I have used this service so many times, which I was not expecting to have to use over the year that I have extended it for the next year. It is a great service with professional help. An answer to my frustrations after coming out of the workforce and not having the IT Dept to call.

Membership is a good value, using it I was able to get a replacement tv because pixels were dead after a few years of use.

As I’ve stated other reviews, I’m not used it so it’s hard to really give an honest assessment. Hope to never use it. So the question of would you recommend I’m gonna vote yes, but I have no way of really being honest with that answer.
