Always helpful! Worth it! Saved us a few times. Customer service has been superb!

Overall the help has value but the wait to get help on the phone can be hours. About 1/3 of the time after waiting an hour or more the person who answers the hone can’t help but they will schedule someone to call me back tomorrow. The people seem knowledgeable but I have trouble understanding them. Hard to communicate.

My total membership entitles me to a refund is the price on a purchase reduces within 60 days of my transaction. However, the is not automatic. One must find the lower price and then apply for a refund. I have spoken with 3 different store employees and 4 different people in the Best Buy call center. Each has contradicted another - time consuming and frustrating experience. The effort is rarely worth the outcome. Makes me regret paying for a total membership. The entire process is a clown show with little regard for customers.

Seems like everything I need done on my electronics, I get a "totaal" discount for using my BB memebership.
