Great when I buy new stuff or need an exchange. In store service is well worth it. Less impressed when using online computer tech services with agents in India or the Philippines who often don’t know what they are doing and have to keep pushing the ticket up the chain and even then it’s not always solved.

This membership has proven to be extremely valuable and has saved us money. The Geek Squad has been a great benefit.

I am very satisfied with my plan so far. I appreciate the fact it includes 24 Month Protection on my major purchases.
