Very good service; but bad changes to the Acct.

However, the new changes to this account were a TOTAL surprise upon purchasing our last TV. Things that used to be free or included, are no longer that (i.e. delivery and installation, set-up, taking the old TV away, etc). That made the charges come out to be an extra $400+ on the purchase! We were not happy.
