Service area exclusions don't buy

Called them up and said they don't do service visits to my address. Granted this was the address I purchased the membership coverage for. I asked them why would they charge me for a membership if they knew they wouldn't include my address. Don't bother buying this service unless you confirm that they will include that address otherwise they will just be happy to take your money without providing any actual service.

When one needs help, the call goes to a foreign country. They rarely are able to actually fix the problem. It always ends up with me waiting for someone from the local Geek Squad to come to my home. This takes days. In the meantime, I continue to have the problem.
