Total Tech covered more years past and even though it has changed the cost has stayed the same or gone up. I’m wonder if it is worth keeping it when everything I have is out of warranty. What happened to fix my laptop because I’ve been a good customer for many years and shad Titsl Tech when it first came out. I’m confused.

It is good to have the package bundled together. Nothing else to say.

Just like many things these days, prices go up and benefits go down. If you buy alot of tech here, i would recommend this, but otherwise they eliminated the home consult and require you to keep the coverage or lose your insurance and coverage on your purchases. Advice - buy all tech at the same time and drop the membership after 2 yr coverage window.

I have Best Buy Total and my washing broke down and I tried to set up a service call and the person on chat would not schedule a service call since I did not buy the washing machine from Best Buy. I had to hire another company to fix my washing machine.

Not especially happy with the membership program.. It would really be nice if at least it allowed for delivery charges to be free. Purchased a microwave recently and when all the additional charges were added up, the cost of the microwave doubled.

I loved this membership when it included free delivery and installation but they stripped the services back. I have the service for a work computer but am considering discontinuing because the value is not as great now

This membership is becoming way too expnsive and the benefits are even less, unless you are purchasing many large items all of the time.

We have really loved our Total Tech and are still a little upset that the tech installation was taken out of this new Total Membership as it was a great way to balance out the cost with the install. Now, the cost of install service is SIGNIFICANTLY more for half the services. The rest is still great, but I am paying to same price for half the price.

This membership has a lot of value for the price and perks.

It worked well for its intended purpose. I would recommend it to a friend!

The last time I used the online Geek Squad, i had 6 different technicians and no one was able to fix my problem. Very disappointing, because I have fairly good lick with them before!!!!

I really enjoy the support that I receive from Bestbuy.

Very easy to use hassle free like an ordinary tv. Great for movie nights.

Total bestbuy or whatever name they go by now is totally worth it.

It provides good protection and plenty of help when needed.
