This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

We have enjoyed this membership because of their response to Helping in the home. Also, we have taken our computers several times to have them update or help with problems that we don’t quite understand. Also, when we have a possibility of an attack or spam, we can go in and be relieved after they have gone through our computers.

This is a very good membership and worth the money. It covers all your devices. Its like a extended warranty which covers all your devices in a single plan and many other perks. I was able to price match the products which i already bought because of this membership.

Drake was so extremely helpful in educating my husband and me about the benefits of Total membership including the warranty and support services. We have purchased multiple appliances and several entertainment pieces with him.

I love my Best Buy membership. I get special pricing, product warranties and peace of mind. Excellent value. I love shopping at Best Buy because the Best Buy team is so knowledgeable in each area of products that they sell.

Service pays for itself. I received the new sale price, which allowed me to purchase a new item and still save. Bonus my device are protected for the year. Not bad to have during the holidays and not to be bias Father's Day. hint.

One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..

This membership is a real value for anyone especially senior citizens. The Geek Squad is the best and I can depend on them for help. They've already helped in a big way in transferring photos from my old desk top to my new Lenovo Idea Pad and the cost was included in my membership. The membership was a wise decision on my part. This membership gives you the ability to have a full team of Geeks at your disposal. As well it allows you to price match items and save. For someone like me who already chooses at what I think are the best times, even I have saved almost a hundred in only 3 months!

My initial purchase was ordered on line with in store pick up of hard to find ink for my old printer. I then had a discussion with a sales person who will be helping me purchase a new lap top & printer, so I already bought a membership with Geek Squad support to set up everything when I make the next purchases very soon.

The membership has already paid for itself. I had several issues. I visited the geek squad several times over the span of five days. They were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. The geek squad was helpful in selecting a new computer since my old one was outdated and needed serious updates which my old computer could not handle.

I have been delighted with the customer service - ie the professionalism of the attendees in the Geek Squad in the State College, PA store. This autumn, the helpers - male and female were comfortable with themselves and the public, knowledgeable and were open to questions and repeated explaining. I purchased a total tech package in response to my good experience.

Outstanding in-store (Salem, NH) Geek Squad/Customer Service. Ray took the time to understand my needs ad made several suggestions on possible options. I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. Most Highly Recommend Ray !

I love the Best Buy membership! The warranties that go with it have been very useful. The discounts on some products are pretty terrific, too! It’s one thing my husband doesn’t complain about renewing.

Best Buy total plus not only gives you discounts on certain items and member special only pricing but covers all your devices for up to 24 months. The only issue I’ve had is with TVs and manufacturer warranties that you have to go through if the product is within one year and fails. Those manufacturer warranties are not as good so caveat emptor on things like TVs displays and any Apple products that need to be serviced directly through Apple. Otherwise pretty much everything else if it breaks they’ll either replace it or give you a gift card with the price you paid for the item so still well worth it.

I am not tech illiterate, but I am not an expert! I appreciate knowing that I can contact the GeekSquad and they will answer my questions or remote in and figure out what I can’t. Total Membership seems a little pricey, but I have found it valuable!

The total membership has it's perks and its drawbacks. For the annual cost I expect better coverage. I've come across where the manufacturer provides a better price for device protection and coverage.

This membership is valuable I can't recommend the Best Buy membership enough—it's been one of the smartest investments I've made all year! The value you get for the price is outstanding and has completely changed how I shop for electronics and appliances.
