I recommend the Best Buy total membership to anyone that purchases a lot of items at Best Buy. It is where are you? Free purchases on items that may break down in the near future.

This membership has been a life saver for me. Especially the 24/7 access to the Geek Squad. I am not a computer expert and I need technical support quite often. They provide excellent service, are very professional, and always fix my problems (on all my devices.) My membership fee saves me money. If I had to pay separately for every time I needed technical help, I would be broke! I highley recomend this membership.

A must have, used it several times and no issues. Get it.

This membership gives me peace of mind when something goes wrong with any of my devices. Yearly clean ups are wonderful. If I were to try to repair one of my devises (TV for example) the repair without the membership Would cost more than buying a new replacement device.

I love having the Geek Squad available every time I need help with my electronic devices. I'm pretty much computer iliterate and the Squad is always patient with me.

The Geek squad is great. But there is a disconnection with the delivery team. I recently had a problem. I had two conflicting texts. One said “delivery around 12:27 PM and a second one “delivery between 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. The first message was received 4 days in advance and the second the day before. This conflicting information resulted in the part not being delivered because I had a Doctors appointment that I could have cancel or change but didn’t because the first text gave enough time to be back home on time for the delivery. The second text one was to late to do something about it and two it was too late to change my Doctors appointment, end result no delivery on the scheduled day. The delivery person on the phone couldn’t or didn’t want to accommodate a different time later that day. Is hard for me to understand why he couldn’t shift my delivery for another and still be able to do mine. He was very cut and dry talking to me. He didn’t express any concerns about delivering my item the same day. He just simply said “no I can’t do it today it has to be another day. Bottom line I am not happy with Best Buy delivery system and the communication between one end and the other (csr service). On the other end I am happy with my TV. It has a beautiful sound and screen. The Bose sound bar was doing awesome until it stopped working. I hope the next one doesn’t have the same problem.

I cannot imagine purchasing high end products and not being a Total Membership member.

I hear others complain about getting servicing or help with PC issues & I tell them to get a My Best Buy Total membership. It has been a life saver for me to have their knowledge/skills available anytime I need them. I have used their Geek Squad services many times. I am a very satisfied customer.

The great prices are a perk. However, having the Geek Squad available is the greatest perk. Many times I’ve had issues or questions and they have nailed me out!

My membership is so worth every penny I don’t have to worry about any problems on my computer. Geek squad tunes it up updates my Java. Adobe, & all my stuff & when I think I am being scam they check out the messages & threats to freeze my computer & fix it everything is included in the memberships.

Extended warranty is is a great benefit of the total membership. It makes getting help better also.

We’ve had this membership for several years & have needed to use it on a few occasions. Each time, we’ve had positive experiences. There are several perks to membership that make it worth the price you pay annually.

Although seemingly expensive, if you buy enough tech0stuff, you will need this... I have actually needed to exercise this option and replace an appliance that had reached it end -of-life and had started to fail. They simple replaced the item - no fuss.
