    There is so much they used to offer. Like discounted installations, certain tech support was cheaper. Now I really dont find the value in it. I only have it so my family can use it as needed.

    Best Buy continues to reduce benefits provided under this membership, but not reduce the cost of this membership. Free delivery and installation was the only reason we purchased items from BB in the past, and maintained this costly membership. As this is no longer a benefit, I will not be renewing my annual membership.

    Not what it was when first purchased. You have to pay for the free services that came with the plan. Cheaper plans out there.

    I took my device there twice but they couldn't fix it. They instead referred me to assurion but the end misplacing my laptop. This has been a waste if money for me despite being a loyal BB customer for many years

    I am going to drop it, I pay $179.99 a year for WHAT? Had my 1st in home service on a dishwasher and was charged $86.41 for the service call. This membership is a waste of money. Used to be good, not anymore.

    Support help SUCKS for over a year they are getting worse. They are distracted, they dont answer my questions, they give wrong information, I am an annyal total membem and they say i have to pay MORE TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE IN MY HOUSE, if this is true I want my annual refund because I live far away from the city and that is why i pay annual membership because I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO TO TOWN FOR EVERYTHING I NEED, they are rude, they hung up on me, I am considering to cancel if this DOES NOT CHANGE.

    Its only good for saving money on warrantys but then your trapped into buying it for years and years bc the warranty you got with ur items is tied to the membership so its pretty gay in that regard. But you do save a few bucks here and there

    Only tried to use 2X they sent wrong repair guy. Then they said I had to bring it to a store.! Long story short paid for this service for years when I needed to use it . All I got was excuses.

    So disappointed. We've been a loyal member for about 15yrs, and now you have taken away many of our perks, and doubled the cost.

    As customers we do not get as much for our membership and then there is the increase of fees while giving customers less with huge wait times for an appointment.

    Best Buy membership is not worth the money. They removed features like mounting and installation without notifying or lowering the price. Removing features but keeping the same price is ridiculous. It

    The protection element is great but i miss all the other perks like free install and points for purchases they used to have. Lost a lot of points when they made the switch too.

    When I first purchased this membership. Best Buy told me they would come to the house if necessary, but when I needed it, I was told they don’t do that anymore, but if I wanna pay for them to come in, they would gladly take my money.

    Membership used to be good when it included free installation of items purchased at Best Buy. Presently it is a glorified tech aide that sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Workers are in Indonesia or other locations than USA.

    Kind of really upset with this service now I have subscribed to My BestBuy Total service and was informed it has changed since my last subscription without my knowledge. I was asked for an additional payment of another 103.00 for an in-home visit. Which was always part of the subscription before. Don't know whether I will continue with the subscription.

    This service is to expensive. You still have to schedule appt then leave your device because they only have so much time per person.
