Best buy membership is great and I can buy what I want at reasonable prices and the customer service is great

I like that it covers electronics, however the manager told me it covered computers, etc., that I already owned. Well I have a older laptop that I was having issues with and I took it in, and the Geek Squad WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT! He said it was only for NEW purchases. HOWEVER it WAS NOT a new purchase I took in when I bought the protection!

The membership is a great value, it inclues so many things that are just worth it instead of paying for them individually. Also everytime i enter BestBuy I feel welcome even before I purchased the membership.

Best Buy Total Tech is worth every penny if you are a Best Buy regular. All purchases automatically get protection plans and often member pricing is better. To me the value can't be overstated. I have been a member for the past two years and will be for the foreseeable future.

The membership is worth to buy. You can go right in and get your devices fix with ease and no problems!

Geek squad did a good job on the initial setup of my new computer, but when I had difficulty getting my Outlook to run properly the support I received by phone was lacking, and the individuals assisting me were difficult to understand. They ultimately passed the buck on my issue to me internet provider. I believe that this claim was not correct.

I will love having the membership for the prices and knowledge that my purchases are protected.
