Just Get My Best Buy Total! You won't regret it. I travel a lot, and they are always available via chat or on the phone to help with everything (except hardware issues). But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. I've saved thousands of dollars over the 11+ years I've had Geek Squad protection!

I mostly use this membership for geek squad support. It has saved me a lot of money over the years.

It helps with when our computers have an issue like viruses, but when you have something wrong like a bad port, you would have to go tot he manufacturer instead of having them just replace or repair the computer themselves.

We've been a member of Best Buy Total since late 2019. It is great. If you don't want to be a techie but want you computer/devices to be in top shape then this program is for you. We actually purchased two memberships, one for ourselves and one for my sister-in-law, for her autistic son who is very hard on his computers. How good is it for them, let's just say that the Geek Squad knows the by name. Really, if you just don't want to be troubled by adding in new software, fixing a computer that crashes, making sure your updates are running properly...purchase the membership. There are other perks, too, but the one we use the most is the computer support.

I have had this membership for several years now and have found it to be extremely useful, especially since I make a lot of my electronic purchases at Best Buy. It’s always nice knowing that I can call and we’ll have someone there available to help me and at reduced prices as well.

The 24/7/365 Geek Squad is a must have! I wouldn’t trust anyone else when I need help with computer issues. It gives me peace of mind.

I’m a retired professional who USED TO BE up on the latest Tech of “my era.” However, “tech” has roared past me, and I now find myself sometimes perplexed by my “tech.” Total Tech Membership allows me not to feel guilty when I need LOTS of help with one of my many pieces of tech equipment.

With my Best Buy Total Membership, I can make purchases and save by not needing to buy warranty protection as it comes with my purchase for 2 years.

There is too much to know to be without this membership. It is worth every penny.

Overall, though expensive, it's a pretty good system, The only gripe I have is that I wish it could have included the full price of level 2 data recovery. $360.00 on a fixed social security income is a huge expense for us. I was told when I first started this that it would cover ALL LABOR. Apparently that is not the case. I would still recommend it with the caveat that it only covers certain labor on certain things.

I really appreciate all the support I have received from the Geek Squad and how they make me not feel stupid with all my needs.

Total Tech is the best extended warranty I've ever used! The program is very easy to use and is always honored. I've benefited several times more than the plan cost. I highly recommend Total Tech for every Best buy purchase!
