Total Tech covered more years past and even though it has changed the cost has stayed the same or gone up. I’m wonder if it is worth keeping it when everything I have is out of warranty. What happened to fix my laptop because I’ve been a good customer for many years and shad Titsl Tech when it first came out. I’m confused.

I really do not know what perks I get with this for the price they charge. Possibly the only part t I have used for this is the extended return period. Seems over priced product for what you receive as a service.

We love having this as we always have something that needs to be fixed yearly!

I bought my membership primarily for tech support ease of mind. Couldn’t be further from what I expected. I bought a laptop and new computer 3 months ago. Asked for my old files and apps to be loaded. After 3 weeks my laptop wouldn’t load outlook, so new without email. On my desk top my email is functional, however my old files landed in some kind of different account setup. Still fighting that.

It is good to have the package bundled together. Nothing else to say.

We have really loved our Total Tech and are still a little upset that the tech installation was taken out of this new Total Membership as it was a great way to balance out the cost with the install. Now, the cost of install service is SIGNIFICANTLY more for half the services. The rest is still great, but I am paying to same price for half the price.

Calling the 800 number is a big problem. Going to the store and talking with them face-to-face is better, but even they don't always have an answer or can help.

I loved this membership when it included free delivery and installation but they stripped the services back. I have the service for a work computer but am considering discontinuing because the value is not as great now

Bout this so I could cover the electronics in my mothers home. Called them up and said they don't do service visits to my address. Granted this was the address I purchased the membership coverage for. I asked them why would they charge me for a membership if they knew they wouldn't include my address. Don't bother buying this service unless you confirm that they will include that address otherwise they will just be happy to take your money without providing any actual service.

This membership has a lot of value for the price and perks.

It worked well for its intended purpose. I would recommend it to a friend!

Total bestbuy or whatever name they go by now is totally worth it.

This membership is becoming way too expnsive and the benefits are even less, unless you are purchasing many large items all of the time.

It provides good protection and plenty of help when needed.
