I have just started using this so my experience is limited. There have been some issues with my experience with the customer service of the call center. The individuals in the call center were all good, but the communication system and policies of Best Buy have resulted in less than stellar customer service.

Great value for computers and the Geek squad was great

I’m loving the Total Rewards membership. The perks are amazing. If you’re a big Apple person the free Apple Care+ makes it worth it alone. There’s a ton of savings offered in products as well and Geek Squad protection is great!

I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating because we were told that you could purchase additional warranty to cover our refrigerator. We originally purchased the 3 year warranty and then the membership which gives you up to twos warranty. We learned that as soon as we purchase this, the “up to two year warranty” was dropped from the plan for our refrigerator. You could only have one warranty. Secondly, you have to keep the plan for two in order to receive the “up to two years” coverage. Our sales representative did not explain this correctly at all to us. We end up canceling the plan and getting the $49 dollar membership instead.

Has saved me a lot of time and money, highly recommend

I received my order but I cannot start some of trhem. I received no user manuals,I cannot start the dishwasher,the boiler and I do not understand the ice maker

This protection gives me full coverage at the Local store with local Geeks!

I’m looking forward to using this membership as I need to get a new iPhone as Apple no longer supports 11 and prior with parts and batteries. I want to transfer my information from my current iPhone over.

This membership is differently worth it. My computers work well because of the geek squad. Every person there has been kind, helpful and able to explain what happen an what needs to be fix. The onlybissue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery stores helps. They are seniors citizen freindly.

I think it's an excellent choice, it also has many benefits, as a PC user I'm very happy with the coverage.

Easy way to protect your new equipment And getting a extended warranty with out having to pay extra for it

This is good to have just in case! For peace of mind as well as the other perks and benefits that are included with this membership. The savings will add up and it’s like it’s paying for itself after a few uses.

I love how we don’t worry about warranties, when we buy products from Best Buy.

I enjoy the membership it has saves me lots of money over the last few months from saving and exclusive discounts and have the geek squad provide service to my pc from building it to fixing the blue screen.

So glad we purchased this...it has paid for itself already. we have had to use it twice on electronics that either got damaged or just stopped working and I couldn't be happier that I chose to purchase this; made the repair/exchanges super easy.

I love the membership!! It pays for itself!! I have used the Geek squad twice already for set on new purchases. Plus all Apple products get free Apple plus for two years.

With the technology that is available today, it is advisable to add this protection to your purchase for multiple reasons not the least of which, you get one on one time with a member of the geek squad to help you understand and use the tech you purchased, doesn't matter what it is you bought, they seem to know all of tech they carry. Great value, the people were courteous and professional. I would and will use this again.
