My membership has been invaluable to me. They have helped me through four different computers. They have cleaned, serviced, programmed, and demolished (at my request) my computers. If I have questions, they are answered cheerfully.

Tech support is so worth the purchase! Anything goes wrong, it gets fixed or replaced as long as there was no intentional damaged like breaking it on purpose. Get this tech support for peace of mind!

I have been a Total Tech Member 3 years since I bought my laptop in Nov 2020 at Best Buy. I love the membership. Yes it is expensive, but I call the Geek Squad at least 6 times or more a year for help. They are curtious, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love that they stay on the phone with you to answer questions. Seems I might call for help on one thing and before I hang up I have learned something else too. I recently learned I can call in once a month for a free clean sweep of my computer to delete back files not needed that would slow down my system. I am disappointed that starting this year they eliminated the free home service. In exchange they dropped the price from $200 to $180. I only needed the home service once after several agents couldn't help with an issue over the phone. I have only come into the store for help once and it was a great experience. I freaked out when I got all kinds of bells and whistles going off on my laptop thinking I was hacked. I called right away and got a same day appointment and had the problem fixed in the store within 2 hours after I called for help. I was not hacked. The agent commended me for doing the right thing and not following the prompts on my laptop screen to call the phone number given. I figured it was a scam. While I was there, the geek squad agent in the store saw my pop up ads and he added the free Ad Block software and no more ads! Great job!

I've had Total Tech for years now and I find it to be a great value plus peace of mind on big purchases.

This membership is a must in our family! Well worth the yearly investment. Peace of mind too. When we have an issue, they resolve it. Top notch experts! Would not be with out Wb Root either! Have had both for over 7 years now and will continue! Can't go wrong with these plans!

Since I first joined they have dropped benefits and raised prices for membership. A lot of the tech repairs you have to do by following direction from tech support on the phone. Local Best Buy isn’t as knowledgeablely staffed either. And doesn’t work on many of the items that are covered. Also just got notice the price is going up again on my next renewal.

I felt I would benefit from the Best Buy membership. I have actually used it and it was worth the cost, The Geek Squad was able to solve my issue with minimal input from me, and I've had no further issues. I would recommend this purchase.

I am not tech illiterate, but I am not an expert! I appreciate knowing that I can contact the GeekSquad and they will answer my questions or remote in and figure out what I can’t. Total Membership seems a little pricey, but I have found it valuable!

This is a fantastic deal - I have used this numerous times over the course of a year. Agents are always patient & willing to guide me through any issues I am having. This is wonderful since I am not very technology savvy.
