i HAVE HAD THE BESTBUY TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN FOR A NUNBER OF YEARS; AND i'VE USED IT A LOT. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY BECAUSE WHEN THERE ARE TECH PROBLEMS, THIS PLAN IS THE BEST WAYTO GO. I LIKE THAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY TECH i CAN EITHER TAKE IT IN OR THEY WILL COME TO MY HOME, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT AND IF IT CAN'T BE FIXED, THEY WILL HELP YOU GET A NEW PIECE OF TECH.

Definitely a must have if you shop at Best Buy alot like I do. Excellent deals, excellent value. Great deals that are exclusive to the membership.

If you shop at Best Buy often, then becoming a member is a no brainer. The Geek Squad Protection alone is worth it. No need to ship it anywhere, just make an appointment with them and take it to them so they can deal with how to resolve the issue. You get 60 days instead of 15 or 30 days to try something out before missing the deadline to return if you are not satisfied. So you don't feel rushed. The only gimmick here is the 24/7 support via phone or chat. Those agents are NOT trained well enough with what Geek Squad actually supports or not. I've had a few headaches with them and rather just go to a store to ask about issues that they can then tell me if worth setting up an appointment there or have them come to my home.

I appreciate the service I had from the "Geek Squad" and how they treated a computer novice like myself. They did a data transfer to my new laptop so that I did not lose anything.

My experiences have been great. Employees I have worked with are very knowledgeable, upbeat, easy going, provide fanatical customer service.

The membership is a good deal, it saves me money when I had issue with my laptop.

Have had total tech sicnce before it became total tech. Excellent results (avoid calling in, you will get India and these experiences have cost me weeks off my life). Deal with your local store by scheduling an appointment and going to the store. The store techs are very good and nice to deal with.

Sales people are professional and courteous. The laptop is awesome as expected. Lots of horsepower.

The straps do not have adjustments good enough to fit the head well. It keeps the back strap too high on the head for a good tightening for the eyes. The velcro adjustment has to be used with the left hand . A bit awkward for right handed people. The eye protection is very large so it seems to let light in that one would rather not have. It can only be used sitting streight up with the head tilted up slightly or laying down with the head back in order to have enough air to breathe. I personally did not like the pulsing vibrations. I was able to use the continuous vibration. I have not used it enough to see the skin difference, I am hoping for the best.

This membership saved me a lot of money this last year.

If you're buying electronics, this is the membership to get! I've saved so much money already with the membership. It paid for itself after my first purchase. Installation, warranties, geek squad, the membership covers so many cost.

I love my totaltech membership, it’s a more bang for your buck than anything else out there. I have access to the knowledge of the Geeksquad for any and all my problems. I have saved hundreds of dollars each and every time I need to use there services. I will never be without this service.

this is a real value, i need help sometimes with new configurations. and i like the protection assurance.
