I went in to grab a ring light and accessories for my GoPro Hero Black 13 as a gift to myself for my birthday and to enhance my content creation. However, I was a bit overwhelmed but the Manager Brad helped out and easily calmed my confusion . He gave great recommendations and I am very happy with my purchases and the membership. Great customer service and attention to detail.

This membership has given me peace of mind when buying items at Best Buy. I was able to transfer data from a dying computer and to get data off 2 very old computers. I only paid for the memory stick to do it. It's great.

I needed to purchase this item so that I could save $300 which was required so my data could be transferred from my old laptop to my new laptop.

I just got my membership. Geek squad are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had cameras before. They helped me all the way to set it up on my phone and installation.

Had a virus & Geek squad handled it promptly & fixed my computer. Then i purchased 3 items & the extended coverage was free.

Taking away some services is kind of lame. Best buy is also somewhat limited in what it can actually service. When buying something like a headset or mouse, you're really buying a replacement plan, not a repair plan. That can be a little annoying if the product is no longer available for an in-kind replacement, but the value is decent for frequent buyers.

The shipped computer arrived damaged and I returned it to the store. They exchanged it quickly with no questions. Great job.

The price is high for this service - but - it's also worth it if you are a Best Buy customer who plans to purchase electronics/appliances/gaming/TV/phones etc…. The early notification of upcoming deals & the many deals offered through out the year. Also you’ll get a discount on all purchases. If you plan to buy a new computer; they'll set it up; install programs; transfer files/photos/apps….anything from you old computer(s) to your new one if you have this script. For people who aren’t techy - it’s worth it tenfold. I also love the membership savings & early notification of deals. I already saved over 400$ and my script just renewed in May 24. I can’t wait to see Black Friday membership deals!!

So many good things about the Total Tech membership. If you own many electronic devices for personal or business, you need this. Geek Squad has been especially helpful with problems of all sorts. Since I only buy from Best Buy, it is an easy choice every year
