My experience with Total Membership has had ups and downs. After two years of useful benefits, the Citibank group sent me an unwanted VISA card.Without my consent, the bank cancelled my "Store Card which I had had gor over 30 years.That action voided my warranties on a new computer and Brother Printer. Ir took three weeks to get our Total Membership reinstated. Best Buy needs to communicate with Citibank when customer benefits are on the line. We choose to maintain this plan.

I have had the Best Buy total Membership for several years. Great service at at a great price. The best coverage for your computer coverage and any items you buy.

This is a great resource. It is expensive, but if the owner will actually take advantage of it and use it, it is cheaper than waiting for healing work. This is good for prevention.

I was having trouble with my computer not working and I took it to best buy and I got the membership and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for no additional cost all I had to pay for was the new part bc I bought it from a 3rd party

A Geek Squad associate recommended the membership, which was very much worth it for my situation. I brought my desktop in for repair, and after explaining the issues I was having, the associate explained to me that the membership could significantly reduce the cost of services that I may need. I was skeptical, for the fact that membership sales are usually pushed regardless of the situation, but the membership covered all the neccessary repairs on my device. Rather than spending roughly $300 in service and repair fees, the cost of the membership covered everything. There is specific criteria for what the membership covers, so i recommend getting a diagnosis first, just in case certain repairs are not covered. Another aspect I really like about the membership, is the fact that all my purchases has automatic 24 month coverage. So if any issues arise with a product I purchased with Best Buy within that time frame, I can replace it by paying a small fee, which is significantly cheaper than replacing the item without a membership. If you frequent Best Buy, I strongly recommend looking into getting one.
