Price seams a little expensive. But you start using it its actually worth it

This is the only location I know of where I can walk or call in to receive advice and/or repairs to my computer, and they have always done well for me.

This membership is a great value. I have used several times and for the value it has saved me several times. Great value and worth it.

I really don’t even know what this membership includes. Felt like it was an upsell when I brought my laptop in for maintenance with geek squad. I had an appointment, but still had to wait 30 minutes. I dropped my laptop off to be cleaned up. It took four days. I had to follow up, to see when it was done. Was told that it was going to take longer because two of The employees quit and they were understaffed. My computer is still acting weird so I don’t know that it was fixed at all.

The membership is a great value but its nothing like it used to be due to companies abusing the set-up and installation fees all the while screwing the single owner membership holder. I've been a geek member for 5-7 years.

The customer personnel were beneficial to me. She did a great job in making sure I was satisfied.

This membership has given me peace of mind when buying items at Best Buy. I was able to transfer data from a dying computer and to get data off 2 very old computers. I only paid for the memory stick to do it. It's great.

So many good things about the Total Tech membership. If you own many electronic devices for personal or business, you need this. Geek Squad has been especially helpful with problems of all sorts. Since I only buy from Best Buy, it is an easy choice every year

never have gotten a tech who spoke clear English. Some are entirely un-understandable and I've asked to be transferred. Some are clearly unprepared for the job.

Had all programs transferred from old computer to the new computer i bought.Also had my backup computer serviced,both are working great

I recommend the yearly membership if you purchase a phone or expensive electronic devices because you receive a free extended warranty service on all products purchased with Best Buy.

The squad took care of my issues, like they always do. Didn't even have an appointment one time, and still took care of me. Getting money's worth, for sure

This membership is worth it to us older folks who didn’t grow up with computers! I’ve already used their services multiple times and will likely use them more! It’s easy to get an appointment and they answer all my questions. I’ve gone into the store for assistance, as well as used them by phone. Excellent service both ways!

Pretty awesome everything that comes included with this membership I’ve only had it for about a week and it’s already paid for itself
