I have concerns because it is expensive and some of the attractive services have been changed and require additional cost. However, I wouldn’t be without it. If you have a problem, they can quickly resolve it through repair or replacement. I highly recommend getting this extra protection.

I have used this for years. In 2023, it paid for itself over and over. BB sent worker to fix my computer, 0 charge. In the summer months, had to get a new refrigerator and microwave. Lowes charges delivery fee, installation fee, and haul away fee , close to 400.00 for each appliance. I got the refrigerator installed, old carried out, and delivery, all 00.00 and microwave too. I have peace of mind that my computer will be fixed if I need it and I would never buy an appliance anywhere else.

I'm glad about the member prices but I really like the geek squad help.

Membership gives me protection and saved me $200 on a TV purchase which paid for the first year.

If you ever have a problem it makes them right there for your needs.
