It was worth the purchase price considering that I needed help switching data from one computer to the new one and had issues setting the new computer up once I got home. I was able to access help remotely through Greek Squad.

If you shop at best buy very often or if you have a business where most of your expenses go on electronics, i definitely recommend this membership!! Overall very worth it and good deals all year round!

My Best Buy Total membership is EVERYTHING!!! Everyone in my house has a pc, laptop, tablet, phone... The list goes on and on. The BBT covers all repairs. I've been a member for several years and it's well worth the price since one pc repair can cost more than the membership itself!

Although, I haven’t had a chance to use it yet I know from others that it’s worth the investment in getting, especially if you tend to purchase a good bit of technology.

I have tried several tech supports, but none are as expected. I make sure to renew each year because of the response time and expert tech whether by phone or house call.

Chose the membership after comparing the other warranty options. Value seemed better than the other options. Although I have not used it at this time, it does provide me some reassurance that if anything goes wrong with my appliance, it will be replaced.

Membership is definitely worth it pays for all of my protection plans so everything I buy is covered for two years easily pays for itself after just a few few purchases

Don’t usually buy add-ons like this but the salesman said if the price of the computer dropped within 60 days, this membership would give me the sale price. Sure enough the next month this model went on sale and I saved $300.

The membership pays for itself if you shop at Best buy often. Free shipping, tech support, and protection plabs are very helpful. The 24/7 tech support and included extended warranty coverage are great perks as wekk as free shipping, which saves money and time. It is so worth it if you buy electronics often, but if you don't, you may not use all of the benefits.

This is great as it provides you with guarantee for all purchases and the service has been excellent! For the full year Best Buy has never let me down either by getting great customer service in the store or by chat or by phone the team have been fantastic. I would love to renew but $180 is quite expensive. I’m still contemplating renewal but I cannot fault this membership and service.
