It works great and is a good value. The only thing I would change is the on/off button works horizontally rather the vertically.

Have had a membership for years. Extended warranties and discounts are great but liked it better when Webroot was included in the price.

This membership allows a person so many advantages...Geek support, discounts, up on new products! Definitely worth the money.

It helps with when our computers have an issue like viruses, but when you have something wrong like a bad port, you would have to go tot he manufacturer instead of having them just replace or repair the computer themselves.
