This technical assistance protection plan has been a good value foe every time I needed help with my computers.

A lil pricey but at least it's a year membership but glad it's available

My Best Buy Total membership gives me peace of mind. I get great service and great advice whenever I have a question about my lap top or I-Phone. I am 79 years old and not very technologically aware. I get great advice from my Geek Squad guru's whether I make an appointment in the store or call on the phone.

I consider my membership a good value. Geek Squad is there to help with computer tune ups as well as help with any repairs or questions. Their associates are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love that Best Buy offers this. It puts my mind at ease that I can reach out to them with computer issues. I try to have them do a monthly check to make sure everything is running as it should.
