Member ship that Best Buy offers, is peace of mind protection!

My desktop computer had a corrupted operating system (which I didn't know until I took it in). I had an appointment so I really didn't have to wait at all. The most important thing I told them was to save my Outlook contacts & distribution lists. When I picked it up, I was told everything should be ok since they didn not have to set it back to the factory settings but, when I got home, my contacts and distribution lists were gone. I bought a 1 terrabyte SSD card when I dropped it off and will make sure to export my contacts and save them on that.

I have been a total member for 5 years and it great to have if anything happens to your product they will gone to your home and fix it for you it’s really worth it when you don’t know much about technology.

Nikky exceeded my expectations by showing outstanding customer service and answering all of my questions. She even convinced me to restart my cancelled Total Tech membership and purchase two items that I had no intentions towards buy.

I have been a member for a few years. My computer failed and could not be repaired. Geek Squad came to my home and followed up with info for a new computer. They installed the new one. I had problems much later due to my error. I went on line to make appointment with Geek Squad to have it corrected. Being a senior I feel comfortable having this service.

The Best Buy Total membership is a great value. I've been a member for many years and my annual membership has always paid for itself and then some. The membership prices are always a good deal and the Geek Squad support, at home, or in-store, is always great.

This is the absolute best product BB offers. Help available with chat anytime, and it's easy and reasonably quick to get an appointment if you need in-home help. It's worth every penny, especially if you need something like a large TV installed.

I've been a Best Buy member for four years now and it has always been worth it. I however did just learn they no longer support Samsung phones. Disappointing. Be sure to check what brands are covered before purchasing.

I've had my membership for years. It gets me out of trouble when something breaks down on my electrical and electronic items and gives me a discount on installations.

The membership is a great valu for the money. I like that every time I shop at Best Buy I earn rewards. I like the membership because I know that if I need to have something repaired they will take care of it.

Now this is the best tech related purchase ever! The amount of support and added value is unmatched! Love it!

Great membership, I do miss the free installation on appliances and electronics but it was fun while it lasted. Otherwise having free 2 -year protection on everything is definitely a plus. It even offers discounts on repair for electronics not purchased at Bestbuy. One catch is you have to keep your membership active or you'll lose the benefits on covered items under the protection.
