Just moved over to google fiber and added eero7s for better wifi coverage in my house and outside. Had dome 6s before and this eorks well.

My membership just paid for itself with a "clean-up" by the Geek Squad, worth more than the price of the membership. It's nice knowing we can go to those folks -- both guys and gals -- and get the computer cleared of faulty add-ons that keep interfering with my work.

Recently had brought in my tower to see if they could speed it up--something I kept putting off. Anyways I brought it in and cleaned it up and backed it up. When I picked it up they explained things t me I didn't even know, got it home and even though they explained it had a couple core issues it is so much faster and working great and cost me nothing..Thank you Geek Squad

I get helped very well if it is in-store or over phone, or Internet. It is a great plan and serves my needs perfectly.

I like the geek squad as a mean for helping with reoaur and resilce issues however I did not like how best but remove some of the great benefit such as free installation and delivery and started charging medmbers with benefits that was promised to be free. Not honesty

Not sure this has saved me the price, but the convenience of service extended warranty new offers has been extremely useful.

I bought this when i bought my refigerator years ago. Refrigerator had problems. Geek squad came 2x to fix it and told me if keeps leaking to call and they would replace my frigerator. Thankfully it was fixed. I have sice bought a freezer, a new rang, a washing machine and tv. They are all covered under total care extended warranty. I would recomend this program

I recommend this product for anyone owning electrical devices and that would include phones and computers. I can'not tell you how many times I used the Total Tech support as I modernized my computers or the software is us in my computers.

I shop regularly at Best Buy so it makes total sense to join their membership. Appliances, TVs, car audio, my list goes on and with the membership I have definitely gotten great value

As an older adult frankly I am starting to struggle somewhat keeping up with all the technology and have used my Best Buy total to supplement this. To date I have used it to freshen my wife's laptop a couple of times over the years as well as one of mine. In addition I used them to hang my new TV on 2 occasions. I also used them to setup my wife's new laptop.

This membership is the best value ever! Annual renewal makes everything easy and convenient.

The staff is always so very friendly and helpful. Nice to get the assistance quick and easy.
