We like the peace of mind knowing we will get the help we need. We wish we would use the services more often and sometimes wonder if membership is worth it as we are not into tech or TV's so we don't buy a lot. It has come in useful when we needed help with our computer. The people are always helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. They seem to want to do a thorough job.

Seems to be getting more expensive every year. With less covered. Appliance take away was an important feature for me that was removed.

my Best Buy total membership is very useful especially if you have a lot of devices, the geek squad knows what they are doing. they will tell you the costs outside their support but most of the time its covered

We have used the unlimited Geek Squad support several times. Wish we could still reach our store Geeks by phone for follow ups. Member prices and discounts on service plans are also nice. We loved the in free in home install and service before they changed to be for a discounted price. Still a value to us. Member for over 6 years.

love the warranty option with the membership. i have had the total membership for multiple years now and more times then not its paid for itself with items that have stopped working
