I love the peace of mind that when something happens to my computer or tablet, I can call, make an appointment to go into the store or have someone come to my home. And in person customer service is great! I don't particular care for chat.

This service is worthwhile. My biggest complaint is that we get no priority in the service queue either in person or on phone/line and that takes forever.

Once upon a time, I upgraded my own computer myself. But those days are no more. Like cars, needed information are guarded by manufacturers. The GEEK Squad has transferred data from old units to new plus untangled several viruses over the years. Excellent Work!
