Having a Best Buy total membership I’ve save so much money on growing my vinyl collection. Occasionally, I’ll get a $10 gift card I can use to apply to my purchases of vinyl records. Also, it gives me peace of mind regarding my bigger electronic purchases, if something were to go wrong or I need to have GeekSquad to check out technical issues that may arise with electronics.

The value of the membership really depends on how much you shop at Best Buy and whether you need product protection. I bought this annual plan mostly to get Geek Squad support. I call if I have a problem. I call if I just need to clean up my hard drive. the plan covers several computers. But other benefits have also saved me a lot of money. I get discounts on products and services. When I needed a new screen protector for my cell phone, the installation was free. I feel taken care of by the agents: they are savvy and I trust them with any of my tech issues. It's worth every penny for me!!

I had purchased the insurance a few years back to insure my drone (A DJI Air 2s). While a bit skeptical of the coverage, the employee insisted that it would cover the drone in case of any issues. Fast forward a year, and the drone had issues. Best Buy replaced the drone for me, minus a restocking fee that I knew I would be responsible for, and they did it the same day. I didn't need to reschedule any work after that happened, which was incredibly helpful.

This was really like a last sec deal, was not planning on adding more to my purchase. Glad I did unfortunAtely i was having a really bad month when everything just wanted to break. God knows i dont make the money to fix everything. Just a good pleAce of mind.

All good. The delivery man were really nice, very courteous and very professional. I really like them both a lot I felt like I should’ve tipped them But they did not make me feel like I should’ve tipped them, which I appreciate it a lot

I love that this plan will protect my purchases. i feel more comfortable products with these types of plans.

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop recently. I opted for the Best Buy Total membership. They transferred all of my data from my older laptop that didn't even turn on anymore over to my new Laptop. I asked them to help out on a few more settings and a few programs I wanted loaded. All of my requests were handled professionally and respectfully.

The membership is of real value. I have been able to save more money on purchases, received price matching reimbursement when product I bought went on sale and was able to repair my AirPods when they got damaged. T

This membership has been a life saver. My son is chaotic and I have had to replace things that he has broken and the membership makes it 100 times easier!

They were great help with my computer. It is really worth the price. Everyone who waited on me were very knowledgeable.

Worth it especially if you order a lot of tech or. Red extended return windows. Geek Squad protection on everything is a huge perk too.

I had this service for a couple years it’s very good if your constantly buy items out of Best Buy buy it is pricey when you see that charge on your card cause you just don’t have it everything you buy was under warranty which I like I just couldn’t afford it

Had an issue setting up by calling HP direct instead of Best Buy. Got scammed but called BB right away. Tech fixed in about 30 min. Lesson learned. Go thru BB for everything!

This membership has been very convient and useful too us. We have saved alot of money and has been used more than we thought we would have.

Our computer needed some repairs which would have been more than the membership. We just bought a new small TV so for the next year, it's covered.

It's a relief to have a techie available to help me solve my printer problems. They took care of my question over the phone in an efficient manner.

This subscription has helped with having my apple tablet serviced with the Geek Squad. Have used on 2 other occasions.
