it's been three years since we started our membership with Total Tech. I initially thought that it was just for technology issues/support. To my delight, I found out that if you purchase any products from Best Buy which need installation, Best Buy, Total Tech, will deliver, install and take away if you happened to replace an item. Extended warranty is another awesome part of this memership, not to mention additional discounts when you least expect it. Thanks BB for offering this TOTAL TECH Membership.

I've used Geek Squad Tech Support many times, saving me money in the long run, and most of the time it dan be done remotely while I'm sitting comfortably at home while repairs, etc are made!

I have been buying all my tech needs from BB for years. I always make sure I get this program. It gives me confidence if anything goes awry it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I so trust BB and have confidence the programs they offer are well worth the cost. I am 78 not really tech friendly and when I call with a problem, they graciously give me options for a fix that works well for me.

This membership is worth the cost. It gives us peace of mind. We have had to come in with computers, cameras, laptops. They were all repaired or replaced at no cost for us. Once we had a small fee for a part, but very reasonable and they fixed us right up.
