Not sure this cost is justified. It now only provides a 2-year extended warranty on products purchased from BestBuy. I originally subscribed when it covered house calls for repairs or service on all my electronics. That made it worth the annual subscription. A 2-year extended warranty for products I've purchased from BestBuy is far less costly than this annual subscription. I also don't like the fact that any extended warranty ends as soon as I fail to renew this subscription.

I plan to make better use of the program this year. I have been a member for 3 or more years but need to schedule a visit for my home surround sound system.

We have used it a number of times over the pass year with good results. Mostly for the geek squad who have been great to work with and usually have been able to solve whatever problem we were having.

I recommend this product for anyone owning electrical devices and that would include phones and computers. I can'not tell you how many times I used the Total Tech support as I modernized my computers or the software is us in my computers.

We have used the unlimited Geek Squad support several times. Wish we could still reach our store Geeks by phone for follow ups. Member prices and discounts on service plans are also nice. We loved the in free in home install and service before they changed to be for a discounted price. Still a value to us. Member for over 6 years.

Have been a total tech member since it was first offered. I use the tune up and update services regularly and get other support as needed. The geeks do a good job and have always solved issues quickly and professionally. Wish the other package values of services and installation would be restored. Overall, I appreciate the service and plan to continue.
