I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have. I've had this insurance for several years, it has been beneficial to have when needed. I've used it to make significant repairs a laptop , including keyboard, display, motherboard and memory, which extended the life for another two years, so far.
