I choose to join many reward programs.... some free... some with an annual cost. This program has been THE BEST investment I have made. The benefits with one purchase is paid for it self when tou calculate the benefits. The exceptional service and of course recognition is a noce touch as well. Geek squad support, which is an included benefit, has been amazing. The group of women and men have all been the best group I've ever dealt with. At least the the Irving location on 183 and Esters. I've been shopping at Best Buy for 25+ years and trust them with the purchase of ALL my electronics including the computers and flat screen TVs. I wouldn't have anyone service them other than the Geek Squad and keep Best Buy Total Membership current each year.

The service is OK, but it used to include the cost of webroot. Ya they told me they were giveing mer a discounted price, but anyay you want to carve it up, I pay for something that WAS ORIGINALLY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MY BEST BUY TOTAL membership
