Geek Squad membership is a value for me because I need help now and then. Help is always efficient and friendly although language differences sometimes create a problem. I find help in the store sometimes sparse and somewhat limited especially if I don’t frame a question exactly right for a simple answer.

The value is incredible now. Best Buy has hit the mark. The level of coverage for devices and purchases, the perks for warranty/ replacements, and sale prices are stellar. Especially valuable to me with my home built PC and wanting occasional support for that when the odd software disagreement happens after a major update. And the deals on major appliances are massive.

Over 5 years ago I needed a new head set to hear at night without any one who is sleeping could here. I found Mcee head set. I was total satisficed with my pouches. after a 5 years of using my head set every day or night, I replaced the head set with the same Mcee head set and back on enjoying listing to TV letting other in the house sleep. One request Please keep this head set in stock.

ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AMAZING!!!! I have never experienced any issues with BEST BUY during my use of various prodeuct.

I had an older sears dishwasher, which we had issues closing the door. Called Sears, two weeks later we had a technician come (for a fee), and tried to fix the problem but a few days later the issue returned. Called Best Buy who told me it was covered under TotalTech, they came a couple days later and fixed the issue “ for FREE!” Later, I replaced all my older Sears appliances with products I purchased from Best Buy. Those items are protected by BB TotalTech!

Best Buy Total membership is GREAT, it covers all protection plan costs for any appliance, TV or other electronics purchase (at no additional cost to the member)

I have been a member since 2019 and it has been absolute peace of mind whenever something goes wrong on any of my purchases. The downside in the revised BestBuy Total program is that they took out the free anti-virus for your PCs that came as a TotalTech member, but it still gives you assurance on all your purchases, especially with the free 2 yr protection and replacement plan qnd Apple Care it offers on most purchases.

This membership is worth every penny! I know I can contact the qeek squad for anything and they are always there to help. I can trust them with any problem/question that I have!

never have gotten a tech who spoke clear English. Some are entirely un-understandable and I've asked to be transferred. Some are clearly unprepared for the job.
