This membership is worth every penny! I know I can contact the qeek squad for anything and they are always there to help. I can trust them with any problem/question that I have!

never have gotten a tech who spoke clear English. Some are entirely un-understandable and I've asked to be transferred. Some are clearly unprepared for the job.

This membership has saved my a considerable amount of money this year. The membership allows me to use the Geek Squad as needed and was very useful in setting up my new computer system & helping with repairs on another computer. Your write up was excellent. This is the most valuable item I acquired for my computer, TV, and laptop. The Geek Squad persons have been truly professional and know what they are doing. If the first agent cannot solve the problem, he/she finds one that can. I have never been let down by the Geek Squad with my problems. If an agent cannot fix the problem over the phone, he/she will set up an in-home visit to solve the probleml.

It's great to have the Geek Squad support when I need it. I think the yearly Membership price is reasonable.

I had No problem trading a cheap laptop, that I inially thought would meet my needs, for an Apple product. The after sale service (Geek Squad) was superb in helping with some of the initial technical tweaks.

Membership is a bit pricey considering you have to pay a troubleshooting fee if you have any warranty item issues.

To me this is a really good value, To have unlimited Geek support puts my mind at ease.

Great to know I always have a way to get help when needed, which is why I have had Total membership for the last several years. I usually only have to pay for new parts or equipment.

This membership is a value if you buy 3-4 electronics a yr you get the warranty free which is kinda costly in its own. Saves you some money and you get a few perks.

I would not have any of my computers without this service. Supports my iPad, Apple Phone, and our iPhones, too.
