I get helped very well if it is in-store or over phone, or Internet. It is a great plan and serves my needs perfectly.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

Because I have Best Buy's Total Membership, I have received help from the Geek Squad in the recent month. They looked over my desktop and laptop, and told me exactly what they did to make sure my devices were running well. I am very grateful!

I have been buying all my tech needs from BB for years. I always make sure I get this program. It gives me confidence if anything goes awry it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I so trust BB and have confidence the programs they offer are well worth the cost. I am 78 not really tech friendly and when I call with a problem, they graciously give me options for a fix that works well for me.

So useful. Between discounts on appliances to help with computers and other tech products. Could t be more valuable.
