I absolutely love my Best Buy Total membership. The technicians are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listen to my concern/problem or whatever my needs are for my computer and immediately get to work on taking care of the situation. I try to get my computer cleaned up several times a year and this makes the membership very worthwhile.

We use this membership for our household and small business. If you need to take in a machine 1 or 2 times a year...its well worth it.

Campus value for ALL my granddaughters new Best Buy purchases. Total Geek Squad support- fix or replace. She is in another state going to school, so I have peace of mind if something beaks. This protection is a god send saving me potentially $$$ when something breaks.

Membership is fairly valuable; it was a shock when the price doubled and I'm still not clear what I am getting that justifies what I'm paying. Phone service with Geek squad is lousy bc I talk to the rep who answers the phone for several minutes, then announces that he/she will now pass me to someone who can address my issue. Why in the world does he/she even answer the phone!! i get so frustrated that I make an appt at the store which is 10 minutes away; I would NEVER subscribe if I lived 40 or 50 miles from a brick and mortar BEST BUY!!

The membership is WELL worth the money! I've used them since before 2012. They kept my old computer going longer than anticipated and helped me pick new computer that suits my needs.

Best Buy Total is the way to go. If you have any issues, they can help you fix them and run your computer remotely to fix the issues.

Have my Best Buy’s total for years, great protection. Of my equipment, excellent service from Geek Squad when I’ve had any problems

I have had my membership for 6 years and find it so incredibly valuable. I feel complete confidence in taking all my computers to have them cleaned up and cache cleared, etc at least twice a year. Knowing that I have the ability to get in quickly to a service tech makes this a great insurance policy!

The Best Buy membership is an excellent means of knowing to have security and coverage for virtually any eventuality. Just having the "GEEK Squad" as backup is reassuring!

Best Buy Protection Plans are of great value. Two years of monthly Best Buy Protection is included with all purchases made while Total Tech Membership is active. The benefits received easily pay for the cost of membership itself.

I have been a member since its inception. Geek squad rocks. I use there online tune ups often. High value.

A little confusing now. We are seniors and there were applications etc that we are not familiar with - ex: co-pilot - and things just don't work the same but we will get the hang of it.

Total Tech has been great up to last month when I found out they no longer offer free delivery and install. I have always told anyone I could about it and that will probably stop. I will continue to be a member, and but at the store and on line unfortunately like the rest of the Corporate world don’t want to take care of their customers.

This membership offers a great value. Discounts on products and expert help are just two pluses for this membership. Recommend buying this membership!

Since I became a My Best Buy Total member - I have used their help on my laptop - switched to a PC All-In-One computer - I used them to set my computer and if I have any major problems - I drop off my PC A-I-O at Best Buy-they keep you informed on what is going on with the repairs and about when you can pick it up - love this service.
