This membership is a great thing to have. I’m not tech savvy, so definitely wouldn’t want to be without them. They are always helpful.

Really comes in handy when you need repairs or anything that needs trade in. Great value to cover routine maintenance as well.

This membership is worth every penny for peace of mind

The Best Buy yearly protection plan works well with all the items that we purchase. We have no problem so far that they could not handle. So glad that it is available to us. Nothing to worry about.

Best Buy changed its Total Tech membership. Things that were included are now fee based. Still a benefit so I pay the annual fee which is required for benefits. Need more onsite services for computer and laptop repair. We pay a fairly high fee and cannot afford to be waiting for Geek Squad to ship items for estimates and then repairs. I do like services for installing TV's and such. Delivery services pretty decent but deal with subcontractors who quality of service varies.

Use this each year for problems I can't solve myself.

I have been a Total member for quite awhile and have made good use of it. New appliances, gadgets, computers, computer work. The coverage give me peace of mind.

Being a total tech member is the best choice anyone could make. It’s simple to use very convenient and I recommend that if you get any products, make sure that you use your TOTAL tech-support. It’s a great value compared to any repairs you would have to make and pay for on your own, I recommend it highly.

This is the best "insurance" to have -- especially if Best Buy is your "go-to" store for anything technical -- tv's, phones, etc.

I love that I have total protection on my computer, television, cell phone, star link, whenever I need it! Great value.

The membership has helped me through set up of my cable internet, laptop crash, wifi extender set up (which they couldn't get to work. Said it was Verizon issue).

I subscribed for years, but I just dropped it because it no longer includes techs coming to the house to work on my computer issues. I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.

Great product for a reasonable price that updates when available

Membership is very good. Covers all appliances and equipment, free installation when you purchased an item. Staff is professional and is fairly quick. It give me peace of mind that if any item covered under my membership breaks, I can get it fixed without additional costs.

I have been impressed with this membership since I purchased it (which has been several years now). Great service, excellent support on my purchases! The staff have been very helpful, especially when something is amiss on my laptops! I will continue to maintain my membership through the coming years!

I glad to have a purchase plan. I've used geek squad for years and haven't been disappointed.

There were far fewer solid membership deals on products that interested me during the last year of my membership and I did not use the warranties at all. Starting to wonder if this benefit is worth it. Right now, I can't say I'd recommend it for anything other than some kind of FOMO on a deal that will probably never materialize. Just shop the sales.
