OVerall, it seems like the current Best Buy Total does not give the same package when I first joined. I used to get webroot free, now I have to pay $20. It is quite difficult to contact the store to have a consult with a rep. I don't use the helpline often, but when I do, there is usually a language barrier that slows down solution of the problem. Difficult to get a tech agent to come to house.

This membership has provided value for my whole family, really just using it once saves a bundle of money. In addition, you can use the service not just for repairs and emergencies but also to seek advice on purchases and tune up your existing tech.

Having this yearly membership gives me peace of mind that I could take my electronics in for service as needed. I also appreciate that it covers Apple Care for Apple products purchased at Best Buy.

This membership has saved my a considerable amount of money this year. The membership allows me to use the Geek Squad as needed and was very useful in setting up my new computer system & helping with repairs on another computer. I also have saved money on my new refrigerator. I would recommend this membership.
