This membership is so very important. Every household needs it. If you shop with BB, there's no way you shouldn't have the membership. Renewals are a must as well. You don't realize how important this is until something goes wrong and now you have to fully replace or downgrade because you weren't protected. It's a necessary factor as long as you have any electronics in your home!! I urge everyone to purchase & maintain as neede.

For me this membership has been extremely useful. I travel around the country a lot and sometimes needs support and it doesn't matter where I am. The technicians are always polite and kind and I've been able to recover data clean up my laptop as well as a few repairs.
