Unlimited Geek Squad support is best feature, though wait times are sometimes long. Geeks are good at fixing but not at explaining. I like to understand what they are doing.

I have had this membership protection for years now. It includes Geek Squad, which is very helpful because when things go wrong with my laptop, i don't know what to do. It's like insurance for my laptop, totally worth rhe price.

I've used my membership enough to say it's worth it. It's one of those things where it seems expensive when you don't need it, but the second you do it pays for itself.

I have had Total for several years & it's paid for itself many times over. Techs are knowledgable & courteous. I wouldn't be without it!!

This plan is good, however, the customer service needs a little help. I called to ask a simple question concerning my plan, and 15 minutes later, I got an e-mail telling me my plan has been cancelled. I called again to have it reinstated and still not done!

It is nice to have an insurance plan that keeps our computer running with software protection, new computer set ups, and changing hardware during upgrades.

I have been trying several laptops, which i have had to return many times. They have never given me any hassle. I finally found one that works great! I will definitely continue to renew my Total Plus Plan yearly! I will buy all my electronics from Best Buy without any hesitation!
