I have been trying several laptops, which i have had to return many times. They have never given me any hassle. I finally found one that works great! I will definitely continue to renew my Total Plus Plan yearly! I will buy all my electronics from Best Buy without any hesitation!

Love the look of the Black Stainless Steel! The inside has an upgraded look and is so much nicer than the typical fridge.

It is worth the money. They fix any problems with your electronic devices. They put screen savers on our last phones for free.

Total tech is getting expensive, however, it is worth it when you need tech help and we often to. Also, because we had it in force, when we bought a new refrigerator, the haul-away of the old one was free. We were also given an additional discount on the sale price. It is worth taking the protection.

I had Best Buy Total membership for years know and have had no complaints, great service on the phone and in store.

Such a good value! Even if not needed during the year, it is great comfort to know I have backup if needed for help with my electronic devices. Always well treated, even if it is just for a question on my electrical devices use, or on best replacements.

I love having Best Buy total, I just bought a wash machine and got a two-year warranty because I had this extra protection. It also covers up to three computers. I bought my daughters apple laptop recently, and it also comes with a lifetime warranty.
